Founded in 2004 by the visionary Shri Utpal Dutt, we are committed to creating profound and long-lasting changes in the lives of marginalized communities, ensuring no one is left behind. Our mission is to empower individuals to claim their rights to survive, develop, and actively participate in society, with a steadfast emphasis on equality, justice, and fundamental rights.

Through transformative initiatives like two welfare hospitals in Jharkhand, PPSA programs in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam, and CSR projects across Assam, Tripura, Odisha, West Bengal, and Rajasthan, we address critical societal challenges. Our work spans healthcare, skill development, livelihood promotion, and more, including HIV-related programs, housekeeping projects, mobile medical units, skill centers, and ITIs. By leveraging collaboration, innovation, and multi-disciplinary expertise, we strive to build capacity and foster sustainable development, creating a brighter future for all.
